Shipping and Delivery
We ship your orders within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment, subject to Courier Company/post office norms. In case we foresee a delay beyond the indicated delivery timeline, we will keep you informed. However, orders are not dispatched on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Meru Technologies is not liable for delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Meru Technologies is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

For multiple products ordered the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
Disclaimer
The product will be delivered for all urban areas in India serviceable by major courier agencies.
For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time.
Cancellation And Refund Policy
- Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 48 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 48hr delivery window starts. In the case of Courier, product cancellation is not possible if the product is dispatched.
- Cancellation of order shall be made by mail with Subject: ” Cancellation Request” and sent to our email ID merugunjal@gmail.com. Mail shall contain the following details –

- Cancellation shall be initiated after a formal order cancellation request is received.
- Refund shall be made under the following conditions:
- Order was cancelled.
- Order was not delivered to the recipient. ( This does not include the case for unfounded recipient )
- If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
- A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.
- In case of Cancellation, a 5% charge will be applicable. You will be refunded for the cancelled product, within 7 days of cancellation.
- You will be liable to pay one-way shipping charges, in case of cancellation.
- Any discounted or exempted amount can not be claimed for refund.
- In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund, Meru Technologies shall have the deciding hand.
- Meru Technologies may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
